Workshops
Wow, workshops, walking, eating, and above all else sitting. My backside is getting tired! The people who put on these workshops do a great job of presenting. It has to be a hard job. Presenting to a group of adults is very hard, but presenting to a group of adults who work in education is even harder. Taking it all in is hard for those sitting and learning. There is so much information and so many great ideas, but they fly in and then fly out. I need some time to sit down and organize my thoughts and all these new ideas. This conference has so many great opportunities. I cannot wait to try everything out and show the staff what I have learned. I have met some great people and learned some amazing things. Tonight I am going to check out all the tools I have learned about.

ReplyDeleteHi Mr. Klamm! This is Sami, Max, Annee, Lisa, Nikki, and Mary. We hope you are having a good time in Seattle. Bring us back something awesome, and we'll be good. Just kidding! :) Max says to not fall in the ocean. Nikki says that even though we have substitutes that don't look over our shoulder every ten seconds, she still misses you! Lisa says that you need to come back so she doesn't have to work on Apangea all the time. We miss you Mr. Klamm, and we hope you learn lots! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Mr. Klamm! This is Ashley, Debra, and Colton. Everything is going great, except for Rafa singing yesterday. We are all being very good for the subs. We all hope that you are learning great things at your conference. How did the plane rides go? How are you liking Seattle so far? The bulletin board is coming along great. We are going to try to send you a picture when we are finished.
ReplyDeleteHope you are having fun,
Ashley, Debra, and Colton
This is Andres and I say hey. I wish I could go to Seattle, but I can't. Would you bring me back a souvenir from one of the gas stations? We haven't burned down your classroom or anything yet, everything has gone somewhat smoothly. I hope you have a good time and are dealing with your lack of Xbox well. Also, Rafa has been singing but I didn't tell you that.
ReplyDeleteMr. Klamm,
ReplyDeleteThank you for the presentation that you and Mr. Savage gave today. I thought you did a great job of giving us useful ideas in a short time. Great job blogging! I can relate to the overwhelmed feeling of attending a conference and assimilating all the new stuff. Good to have you back!
